How Laksh Notebooks uses the details you share when you order, and how you can control them. We've kept it short and in plain language.

- No accounts, no passwords. To order, you only give us your mobile number.
- We use your number only for your order: to confirm it on WhatsApp and arrange delivery.
- No ads, no selling data, and no analytics or advertising cookies.
- You're in control: ask us to show, correct or delete your details at any time.

1. Who we are
Laksh Notebooks is a brand of Siddhanath Edulabs ("we", "us"), Registered office address (PLACEHOLDER), India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you share with us. You are the Data Principal.
2. What we collect and why
We collect only what we need to take and deliver your order, and use it only for that.

3. Students under 18
Many NEET and JEE aspirants are under 18. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to place the order or to be with you when we call to confirm it. We never track or profile children and never show them advertising. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete their child's details at any time.
4. What we never do
- Sell or rent your personal data
- Show advertising or use ad or analytics trackers
- Track or profile children
- Use your number for a purpose you didn't agree to
- Ask for more data than an order needs
6. How long we keep data

7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- AccessAsk what we hold about you and who we've shared it with.
- Correct and updateAsk us to fix or complete your details.
- EraseAsk us to delete your details (except what tax law makes us keep).
- Withdraw consentIt's as easy as giving it. Anything done before you withdraw stays lawful.
- NominateName someone to use your rights if you can't use them yourself.
- Grievance redressalComplain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if needed.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 91724 82965 or email the Grievance Officer. We'll check it's you (usually by messaging the number on the order) and respond within 90 days at the latest, usually much sooner.

9. Cookies and device storage
We don't use cookies. The site uses your browser's local storage only for things it needs to work:
- Your bag: keeps items between pages.
- Your mobile number, after you order, so the next order is quicker.
- A note that you've seen our privacy notice.
These stay on your device. You can clear them at any time in your browser settings.
10. Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the version number. If the change needs fresh consent, we'll ask you before it applies to you.
